Prescription & Refill Policy

To provide the highest level of care and remain compliant with state and federal laws, please take note of our medication guidelines:

The VCPR Requirement: By law, a valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) must be established. This means your pet must have been examined by our doctors within the last year to receive prescription medications.
24-Hour Processing: Please allow at least 24 hours for all refill requests. This applies to both in-house prescriptions and requests sent to outside pharmacies.
Why the wait? This window allows our veterinarians to conduct vital safety reviews, check your pet’s medical records, and ensure the medication is currently in stock.
Weekend Requests: Requests submitted on Saturday may not be processed until the following Monday.
Pro Tip: We recommend requesting your refills when you have about a 5-day supply left to ensure your pet never misses a dose!

Hours

Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

We are closed Monday through Friday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
